PROCEL is owned by founder Marylin Stephens, MSN, MBA, RN. Seven years of her Clinical Practice was in Surgical Services and seventeen years of her nursing career was spent as the Vice President of Patient Care Services/Associate Administrator in major Medical Centers in Southern California.
